We’re going to sit with you and go over your health history, challenges and goals to find patterns that will lead us to the most appropriate lab testing options.
Chiropractic and Neurologic Exam
It’s not just in your head! We take you through a comprehensive neurologic exam to understand the amount of physical stress that is being applied to your nervous system.
Functional Labs and Analysis
We select the appropriate testing markers to better understand our assumptions from your symptom patterns. Common tests include functional blood chemistry, hormone markers, and stool analysis.
There is great strength in numbers. You are not alone in your journey to restore your health, so we have organized regular workshops to meet others going through the same transformation.
Finding motivation to change lifestyle habits is one of the toughest challenges we face. Prayer and mindful meditation may be recommended as we work together.
You will receive follow-up calls and appointments so that you stay on track. We will communicate regularly with you to open the door to ask questions and to share your experience.
Our Phased Approach
In our first phase, we start by assessing your digestion and inflammation status along with extensive lab work to find the root cause of your condition. Based on your results we will design a detoxifying body cleanse to remove excess toxins and hormones. We may also focus on stealth pathogens during this phase. You will start noticing dramatic changes in your body and energy levels at the end of this phase.
In our second phase, we focus on restoring normal gut function, endocrine function and hormone levels. Depending on your activity level will start to add in weight-bearing exercise. We take a much closer look at your blood sugar balance and will start with making other corrective change.
The third phase is reserved for more healthy individuals who can handle more intense exercise and diet plans. We continue to work at reestablishing and balancing nutritional deficits, while increasing the intensity of our longevity (living longer), vitality (feeling better), and aesthetic (looking better) programming. Depending on your health goals, this is also when we focus on weight-loss.
